The Department of Earth Science consists of 13 faculty and 2 full time staff members, excellent facilities, and B.S. programs in Geology, Environmental Science & Management, and Earth Science Education. The department’s Geography program is growing, with recent hires in physical geography and human geography, a new minor, support for geography education teaching endorsement, and development of a GIS certificate program; in addition we are working to develop a B.S. in Geography.
