Research Physical Scientist, AST, Atmospheric Chemistry and Dynamics
The Atmospheric Chemistry and Dynamics Laboratory at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center seeks a scientist with expertise global multi-dimensional modeling of the composition of the Earth's stratosphere and troposphere. You will conceive and develop new, innovative and advanced models and techniques to study the chemistry of the Earth’s and other planetary atmospheres including their structural, dynamical, radiative and chemical properties. You will contribute to collaboratively expanding the current configuration of global coupled chemistry/climate models at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
The position is expected to interact with atmospheric modeling groups within GSFC and the general community. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an externally funded research program.
