Salary: Level B $98,775 - $117,290 per annum or Level C $120,993 - $139,510 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. Level of appointment is subject to qualification and experience.

Exciting new opportunity within the School of Earth Sciences for a highly qualified and motivated individual to fill a continuing teaching and research position in the area of Computational Petrology. We are seeking an individual with research interests and teaching expertise primarily in the area of computational modelling of metamorphic and/or igneous processes. You will be expected to undertake independent research, supervise research students, and also teach and administer components of the School's Geology undergraduate and graduate programs.

The successful candidate will be appointed at either Academic Level B or Level C dependent upon the Selection Panel’s assessment of the individual’s application.
