The Department of Geology at the University of Georgia invites applications for a M.S. research assistantship for the Fall of 2019 in the field of structural geology. Graduate research could entail but is not limited to microscopic analyses of deformed rock, mapping and analysis of the structural relationships on the outcrop- and local-scale, and the characterization of regional-scale fault zone architecture and fault-fold relationships on Earth or other planetary bodies.
