Washington and Lee University Visiting Faculty Position in Geology
The Geology Department at Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA seeks applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor starting in fall 2019. PhD or ABD is required at the time of appointment. Courses taught by the successful candidate will include historical geology at the majors level, physical geology at the introductory level, and other courses in the candidate’s area of expertise. We seek a dynamic, creative teacher/scholar who is dedicated to diverse and inclusive teaching approaches and is enthusiastic about teaching intensive field-based geology courses.
