The Center of Excellence in Sustainable Food and Agricultural Systems (CESFAS) at New Mexico State University announces an opening for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Water for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. The Department seeks a candidate to address water challenges surrounding agriculture and food systems through excellent programs in research, teaching, and extension. This is a tenure track, 12-month position with an allocation of effort that includes 48% research, 40% extension, and 12% teaching. A Ph.D. in hand by date of hire in a water-related discipline that can support a program in sustainable agriculture and food systems is required.
