This position will serve as the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP) Coordinator and will be responsible for coordinating and leading efforts to advance programmatic goals beyond the network operations of NADP. This position will support core data analysis activities and provide scientific support for existing NADP networks and will be involved with coordination and integration of new NADP networks, partnerships and collaborations. This position will be responsible for NADP reporting and providing support for the NADP annual spring ,fall and budget meetings. This position will work with multiple NADP Committees, including the Executive Committee, and the NADP program staff at UW-Madison to advance NADP and its partnerships. This position will work to establish new academic partnerships to further utilization of NADP data, and expand the application of NADP information to new fields of applied science to facilitate the understanding of atmospheric deposition and its relationship to environmental and public health. In order to fulfil the WSLH academic mission , this position will be expected to teach one to two environmental science and environmental engineering courses per year at UW- Madison and will be expected to participate in research related to the WSLH and NADP missions.
