In December 2019, the Geoscientists-in-the-Parks program will begin advertising and accepting applications for a Summer 2020 Hydrology Assistantship in Yellowstone National Park. This position will be offered through the GSA Geoscientists-in-the-Park internship program in partnership with the National Park Service. It is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Park Hydrologist at field sites that may include geysers, hot springs, wetlands, lakes, rivers, and streams.
Minimum B.S. in hydrology, engineering, oceanography, limnology, geology, statistics, data science, or computer science; in progress M.S. or Ph.D. in hydrology, environmental engineering, oceanography, limnology, biogeochemistry, systems ecology, or geology preferred.
