I am looking for students/post-docs to join my group at the Hydrometeorology Lab, Hebrew University of Jerusalem (hydrometeorology-lab.huji.ac.il), Jerusalem, Israel.
The topics are in the fields of precipitation space-time analysis / extreme event analysis / flood hydrology and modeling. The specific topic would be set according to the student/post-doc background and lab projects.
Experience with radar rainfall data processing is much appreciated (but is not required).
High computational and programming skills are essential.
Start time: flexible (between now to September-2021) – will be discussed with relevant candidates.
For post-docs, only if essential, remote work can be considered.
