Job Details
The Geophysics and Geomechanics Laboratory at Central Michigan University is seeking a postdoctoral scholar to conduct research on reservoir geomechanics and stress analysis. We seek a candidate with a strong publication record and demonstrated laboratory experience in geomechanics whose research interests include energy resources, CO2 utilization and storage, and/or induced seismicity. Preferred qualifications include experience with triaxial measurements on core and/or basin-scale stress analysis and modeling. The expected starting date for this 12-month appointment is between January and March 2021.
