The Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Alaska Anchorage welcomes applications for two Teaching Assistantship funded positions in the MS program in Applied Geological Sciences starting in the Spring 2021 semester. Our program has emphasis areas in Petroleum Geoscience, Mineral Resources, and Environmental Geology with additional expertise in hydrogeology, climatology, volcanology, geochemistry, and planetary geoscience and includes both thesis and non-thesis options.
