Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Meteorology and Atmospheric Science

The Department of Meteorology and Atmospheric Science at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor. We seek applicants in any area of physical meteorology. These areas include, but are not limited to, aerosol science, atmospheric chemistry, atmospheric radiation, cloud and precipitation physics, or cloud dynamics. We seek an inspired colleague who will develop a successful externally funded research program, be a committed and enthusiastic educator and mentor of undergraduate and graduate students, and become an internationally recognized scholar who serves the public and scientific communities. A Ph.D. in atmospheric science or a related discipline is required by the time of appointment.
