The Department of Environmental, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences (EEAS) at the University of Massachusetts Lowell offers a PhD program in Earth System Science and an MS program in Environmental Geoscience and Atmospheric Science. Several open graduate research and teaching assistantships are available for motivated students starting in Fall 2022. Positions are open in the areas of climate science and modeling, geomorphology, paleoclimatology, geochemistry, hydrogeology, environmental pollution and weather forecasting.
