The University of Alabama in Huntsville is seeking highly motivated candidates to support NASA’s Interagency Implementation and Advanced Concepts Team (IMPACT).  Successful candidates will work with satellite and airborne data in an exciting interdisciplinary framework to improving the discoverability, accessibility and usability of NASA’s Earth science data holdings and meet the data needs of the research community. Specific areas include both informatics and data science spanning data curation, information modeling, knowledge extraction, software development, cloud computing, and applied machine learning.  Several positions are open and candidates with degrees and experience in Atmospheric, Earth, Computer Science and related fields are encouraged to apply.
