Applicants should have a strong background in one or more areas including GIS/remote sensing, geomorphology, biogeochemistry, sedimentology, stratigraphy, pedology, paleoclimatology, geochronology, passive/active source near surface seismology, and geophysical modeling and the ability to work collaboratively within a research group.
