Assistant to the Training Manager

Oversee the daily activities of direct reports to ensure efficiency and timeliness in all assigned duties. Identify needs, hire and select Instructional Designers and/or Training Coordinators to ensure adequate coverage of appropriate regular duties. Analyze and interpret data, determine/monitor progress of project/program success metrics and develop actions to improve them.

Collaborate with the Training and Development Director in conducting timely needs assessments to determine what type of material needs to be developed. Establish clear, specific, and appropriate plans and timelines for projects, allocate resources, identify/assess risks, and prepare contingency plans.
