The School of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences (EAS) (https://eas.gatech.edu/home) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a non-tenure-track lecturer position in Environmental Science and related fields. This position vacancy is an open rank announcement. The final job offer will be dependent on candidate qualifications in alignment with Non-tenure Track Academic Faculty ranks as outlined in section 3.2.2 of the Georgia Tech Faculty Handbook (https://www.policylibrary.gatech.edu/faculty-handbook/3.2.2-non-tenure-track-academic-faculty-members-hiring-and-promotion-guidelines ) . The lecturer will coordinate the Introductory Environmental Science (EAS 1600) lab that serves ~600 students each academic year and teach related environmental science courses. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.
